Pencil skirt, tapered dress, skinny jeans, which are now worn by men, significantly restrict freedom of movement and disrupt blood circulation. The back muscles bound by such clothes during the day can provoke back pain.

An important issue for women is corrective underwear, which strongly compresses the muscles, disrupting blood circulation in them.‎ When choosing an everyday bra, you should consider comfort and your own health, and not just beauty. It is better to choose underwear that does not restrict movement.

5. Sleep

The stiffness of the mattress in this situation plays a big role. It should not be too soft, choose moderately hard.

An uncomfortable sleeping position, coupled with the wrong mattress, not only prevents us from sleeping, but can also provoke back pain. To prevent this, take care of proper sleep hygiene in advance so that not only you, but also your back can have a good rest.
