Everyone knows that during the period of beriberi (which is now raging in the vastness of our country), you need to consume more vitamins, that is, vegetables, herbs and fruits. But do not forget that vitamins are a capricious thing, easily vulnerable, so you need to eat, and most importantly, buy, store and prepare vitamin-containing foods wisely. Otherwise, there will be no more benefit from them than from a shoe sole.

So, to keep vitamins longer:

In the period of beriberi, all sorts of vitamins are important: in tablets, salads, cocktails. At the end of winter, any vitamin supplement is perfectly reflected not only in health and well-being, but also on the face. And very often it does not require too much effort. Replace, for example, breakfast or an afternoon snack with a cocktail in which you can collect all the vitamins a woman of any age needs to look cheerful and fresh.

Fruit drink: Mix the juice of one lemon with a glass of cold water. If you are not all right with digestion, add a spoonful of honey. A drink will replace a full breakfast.

Vegetable drink: cut about 200 grams of various vegetables and boil them in 0.5 liters of water until they are soft. Strain the resulting mixture, cool, pour into a bottle and refrigerate. Every morning it is advisable to drink one glass of such juice (not very cold), if desired, add salt and red pepper.

Drink “Cheerfulness”: beat one egg yolk in a glass of orange juice. Drink the drink in one gulp.

Drink “Longevity”: mix half a cup of tomato juice with a cup of sour milk, drink, savoring every sip.

Golden cocktail: Pour the juice of one lemon into a quarter cup of hot water and add one teaspoon of vegetable oil. Stir until the mixture turns milky yellow. Drink in small sips.

Vitamin cocktail: in half a cup of water, squeeze the juice of two lemons and one orange, add two tablespoons of honey and sprinkle generously with grated almonds. The cold drink is especially delicious.
