Traditional medicine recipes for bruises

How to prevent bruising

First, we must try to strengthen the vascular wall, which is greatly facilitated by the intake of vitamins. Of course, you can buy balanced vitamin complexes in a pharmacy, but do not forget to eat plenty of fresh fruits, especially citrus fruits, black currants and chokeberries, rose hips and parsley leaves.

Secondly, you need to move more, walk in the fresh air, play sports, take a contrast shower, this will avoid varicose veins and reduce the risk of bleeding.
