Coitus interruptus
It involves removing the penis from the vagina just before ejaculation. This is perhaps the oldest and most unreliable method of contraception. A man needs good emotional and physical self-control in order for the method to be successful. At the same time, there is still one but – this is a physiological fact: the liquid substance released during arousal in men also contains a small amount of sexual gametes capable of fertilization.
Calendar method, or the Ogino-Knaus Method
This method is based on calculating ovulation – the period when a woman is most fertile – by recording a menstrual cycle of three months, changes in basal temperature and cervical mucus secretion.
