Coitus interruptus
It involves removing the penis from the vagina just before ejaculation. This is perhaps the oldest and most unreliable method of contraception. Calendar method, or the Ogino-Knaus Method
This method is based on calculating ovulation – the period when a woman is most fertile – by recording a menstrual cycle of three months, changes in basal temperature and cervical mucus secretion.
