Ladies who are on a very strict diet should not drink goat’s milk – despite the ideal composition of this product, the fats contained in it are not broken down, but are completely absorbed by the body. Although its nominal calorie content is low – only 66.7 Kcal (for comparison – in low-fat cottage cheese 86 Kcal), and due to the fact that this milk contains 67% unsaturated fatty acids, it prevents the deposition of cholesterol.
