So, the variety “Isabella” is recommended for the treatment of catarrhs ​​of the respiratory tract, and Muscat of Alexandria – for sore throats. And dried grapes, that is, raisins, served as a tasty pill for diseases of the lungs, liver and kidneys.

This unique berry contains a large amount of trace elements and easily digestible mineral salts.(zinc, calcium, iron, copper, manganese, magnesium). There is especially a lot of potassium in it, therefore, first of all, the cores need to undergo a course of treatment with grapes. It is also recommended for people suffering from anemia, as it increases the number of red blood cells and increases the level of hemoglobin, as well as normalizes the ratio between blood cells and stimulates the hematopoietic function of the bone marrow.

Grapes can prevent the development of hypertension, and also helps to normalize blood pressure.

According to the accumulation of sugars (mainly glucose), grapes have no equal among other fruit and berry crops (up to 30% for individual varieties cultivated in Ukraine, in Belarus).For those who want to lose weight, grape treatment is not suitable.

The grape seed has also become a subject of close study. Many active substances (polyphenols) were found in it, which have a unique ability to bind free radicals. The latter, as you know, are one of the causes of aging and the onset of cancer. Today, even nutritional supplements based on grape seeds have begun to be developed, which strengthen the walls of blood vessels and reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases. In folk medicine, grape seeds are used for allergies.

The dose for the first dose should be small – 400 g of berries per day. Gradually increase the amount of grapes so that by the end of the fourth week you can master 3 kg of berries per day. Divide the intake of grapes into 3 times a day: one in the morning on an empty stomach, the second two hours before lunch and the third three hours after dinner. Some nutritionists advise: when stopping treatment with grapes, gradually reduce the amount of it at one time.

For those who cannot afford such long-term diets,the best remedy is a fruit diet for one day a week.

The food on the days when you adhere to the grape cure should be special. Firstly, on such days you can’t overeat in any case – after all, the grapes themselves are quite high in calories. Secondly, it is not recommended to drink sweet carbonated drinks, eat smoked meats, marinades, pickles, fatty foods, coarse vegetables (raw cabbage, beets, radishes). Thirdly, you will have to give up other berries, fruits and greens. A bad ally for grapes is dairy products.
