Health Tips

Homeopathy is a branch of medicine whose main principle is the treatment of like with like.

The teaching of homeopathy originated in antiquity. The German physician Christian Hahnemann (1755-1843) is officially considered its founder. Currently, disputes about the effectiveness and safety of homeopathic remedies do not fade away.

Proponents of homeopathy believe that all disease states are the result of a violation of a person’s adaptation to the conditions of existence. Weak spots, “gaps” in health are inherited and accumulate in families. Therefore, homeopathic treatment, ideally, people should be exposed to the whole family.

Homeopaths attach great importance to the spiritual component of treatment, arguing that forms of manifestation of diseases depend on the nature and ability of a person to correctly perceive the events taking place around him.

Homeopaths claim that each disease has its own level, starting with the mental – the deepest and higher. Depending on the embryonic origin of tissues and organs, diseases can move from one organ system to another, changing their appearance and symptoms.

Therefore, supporters of homeopathic treatment believe that the elimination of only the symptoms of the disease (for example, pain relief) can only deepen the disease and cause it to be modified into another.

Traditional homeopathy: basic principles

Homeopathic treatment is based on the principle of “knock out a wedge with a wedge.” It is believed that the same substance can cause painful manifestations and relieve them. For medicinal purposes, substances of plant and animal origin are used, repeatedly diluted with water or other inert fillers (for example, sugar).

Homeopathic remedies are prepared in a variety of forms: in the form of pills, globules, dragees, lozenges, tinctures, candles, ointments, and so on.

Principle of homeopathic dilutions

Traditional homeopathy uses two main dilutions (dilutions) of substances: decimal and hundredths. In the first case, the active substance is diluted tens of times, in the second – hundreds.

With hundreds of dilutions in the finished product, there are no molecules of the active substance, however, the “memory of water” is preserved, with which the therapeutic effect of such drugs is associated.

Breeding according to Hahnemann is carried out with exact observance of the amount of the solvent substance and the medicinal base. This method is very labor intensive.

Korsakov proposed a simplified method hundreds of dilutions. The solution is quickly drained from the vessel, after which the required amount of solvent is added. Further, after shaking, the operation is repeated the required number of times. It is believed that each time 1/100 of the original solution remains in the test tube.

Particular importance is attached not so much to the accuracy of calculations as to the shaking technique, as a result of which the energy enrichment of the solution occurs – potentiation.

Homeopathic remedies: how to take it correctly?

Homeopathic remedies are taken strictly on an empty stomach. They dissolve, you can not drink water, immediately swallow or bite into pieces.

During treatment, do not consume products with caffeine (tea, coffee, chocolate, Coca-Cola, cocoa, etc.).

Combining homeopathic remedies with traditional medicines should be avoided.

Homeopathic medicines do not touch with hands, do not mix with each other. For them, it is extremely important to observe the storage conditions.

And the main rule is that homeopathy helps those who believe in it!
