Acne, inflammation, redness, pimples are problems familiar to many modern women. Sometimes it takes years to find the right solution. Expensive treatments and special procedures can be avoided by knowing the true causes of diseases. Goodshapetips reveals the main secret of healthy and beautiful skin!

Probably, there is no person who would be completely satisfied with his skin.

We go to beauty salons, do peels and masks, use creams and lotions, but we do not always achieve the desired effect. What is the secret of healthy and youthful skin?

What causes skin to become “problematic”?

I think a lot of people have heard that the skin reflects the state of our large intestine. But few people know why.

Physicians who use the principles of acupuncture in their practice can easily answer this question.

In the human body there are energy channels – the so-called meridians. There are six in total. All processes in the body are controlled by the energy passing through these meridians.

Energy is divided into 6 types: wind, heat, heat, humidity, dryness and cold.

Each of the energies moves along the meridians of the same name. Two internal organs are responsible for each meridian: one is hollow and one is parenchymal.

– for wind energy meet liver and gall bladder
– for heat energy – heart and large intestine
– heat – spinal cord and brain

– humidity – spleen, pancreas and stomach,
– dryness – lungs and large intestine
– cold – kidneys and bladder.

Themselves energies are responsible for the development and functioning of various body systems:

  • cold – for the musculoskeletal system,

  • dryness – for the condition of the skin, hair, nails and mucous membranes,

  • humidity – for subcutaneous fat, digestive system,

  • wind – for the muscular system,

  • heat – for the cardiovascular system,

  • heat – for the nervous system and sensory organs.

Curiously, the large intestine and the skin, for example, are regulated by the same type of energy.

We will not delve further into the principles of Oriental medicine, although, if we continue the reasoning, then it is precisely the skin and the large intestine will be very closely connected at the energy level.

Now let’s see what we eat: chips and Coca-Cola, canned food and long-term storage products, fatty, spicy, salty … And all this mercilessly irritates our intestines.

Allergies also most often have skin manifestations; this happens due to the fact that the surplus of excess energies thus exit our body.

In addition to general recommendations to eat boiled or steamed food, try to use low-fat and low-salt natural products, you can fight skin problems with products that reduce or increase certain energies in the body and in the skin as well.

What foods cause skin problems?

Foods and the energies they stimulate

Wind – any greens, green apples and fruits, sour-milk products

Warm – everything is spicy and burning: horseradish, hot peppers, spices, etc., red vegetables and fruits

Heat – Refreshing tastes: such as soft drinks, vegetables, fresh fruits and berries that do not have pronounced sweet, sour or astringent tastes, oranges, alcohol, orange vegetables and fruits

Humidity – all sweet, rich, floury, fatty, milk, fish, nuts, vegetables and yellow fruits

Dryness – everything spicy, smoked, rice, cocoa, instant coffee, brown products

Cold – all salty, cold foods, black vegetables, fruits, grains

How to eat with problem skin?

If the skin is greenish-bluish in color, there is slight itching, muscle twitching, spasms without pain or tics, then wind products should be limited and moisture products should be taken into account.

If the skin is pinkish-red, hyperemic, there is a feeling of warmth in the body, there are inflammatory or vascular spots or inflammatory processes in the muscles, then limit heat products, increase the use of dry products.

Shiny, shiny skin with good turgor, there is a feeling of fullness, burning, hemangiomas, muscle hypertrophy – give up heat products and eat cold products.

If the skin is oily, porous, yellowish in color, there are yellow pigment spots, pastosity, swelling, persistent itching, dull pains, blisters, pustules, soft tumors (such as lipomas and warts), then you should not eat moisture foods and focus on foods wind.

If the skin is dry, flaky, pale, turgor is reduced, there are brown pigmented spots, acute pains, spasms with pain, there are cracks, ulcerations or solid tumors – give up dry products and consume more heat products.

Finally, if your skin is rough, flabby, dark, cyanotic, there are areas with reduced pigmentation or its absence (or vice versa: there are black pigment spots, numbness, a feeling of cold, unbearable pain, ulcers or scars) – you should give up cold products and use heat products.

Keep in mind that this article is a very general guideline.

To draw up exactly your nutrition program, depending on your energy constitution, you you should contact a su-jok therapist, or an acupuncturist.

Finally, I would like to note that we are what we eat. Proper nutrition is the key to health and longevity.

Nutrition can both cure and lead to disease. Pay attention to the composition of products when buying them in the store.

By not saving on food, you can save much more on medicines, cosmetics and beauty salons.

Listen to the needs of your body – it will tell you better than any doctor and nutritionist what exactly it lacks at the moment.

In connection with the same it is not recommended to force the child to eat what he does not want – the child’s body itself will tell you what it needs for full growth and development. Be healthy and beautiful, blooming day by day!
