We will not delve further into the principles of Oriental medicine, although, if we continue the reasoning, then it is precisely the skin and the large intestine will be very closely connected at the energy level.

Now let’s see what we eat: chips and Coca-Cola, canned food and long-term storage products, fatty, spicy, salty … And all this mercilessly irritates our intestines.

Allergies also most often have skin manifestations; this happens due to the fact that the surplus of excess energies thus exit our body.

In addition to general recommendations to eat boiled or steamed food, try to use low-fat and low-salt natural products, you can fight skin problems with products that reduce or increase certain energies in the body and in the skin as well.

Cold – all salty, cold foods, black vegetables, fruits, grains

How to eat with problem skin?

If the skin is greenish-bluish in color, there is slight itching, muscle twitching, spasms without pain or tics, then wind products should be limited and moisture products should be taken into account.

If the skin is pinkish-red, hyperemic, there is a feeling of warmth in the body, there are inflammatory or vascular spots or inflammatory processes in the muscles, then limit heat products, increase the use of dry products.

Shiny, shiny skin with good turgor, there is a feeling of fullness, burning, hemangiomas, muscle hypertrophy – give up heat products and eat cold products.

If the skin is oily, porous, yellowish in color, there are yellow pigment spots, pastosity, swelling, persistent itching, dull pains, blisters, pustules, soft tumors (such as lipomas and warts), then you should not eat moisture foods and focus on foods wind.
