Paraffin

When buying fruits, we try to choose the brightest and most glossy fruits. But to preserve the presentation, vegetables and fruits are coated with paraffin. Most often these are products brought from afar. Paraffin shell retains the taste and freshness of the fruit, but, being a product of oil refining, is not absorbed by the body and is toxic!

Synthetic food additives

We have long been indoctrinated with the myth of the “harmlessness” of these substances. They have entered our lives so widely that it is sometimes very difficult to find a product without “permitted” preservatives, stabilizers, flavor enhancers. But scientists and doctors have long caught the link between some synthetic additives and diseases.

Now everywhere you can see a list of banned, life-threatening and safe synthetic additives (usually denoted by the letter E). As for life-threatening additives, everything seems to be clear here. But still, I have not seen a single person who, when choosing products in the store, would check the list of these additives.

Please be careful when choosing products, read the label carefully. If you don’t like something or are in doubt, it’s better to take another product.

Remember, everything we eat becomes our body, and what we eat determines what this body will be like. Choose products that carry Life! Think, do chocolate bars and chips carry the energy of life?

White refined sugar and yeast

To improve well-being and good digestion, you need to limit or even completely abandon white refined sugar and products from it: jam, marmalade, preserves, sweets, etc.

As well as the restriction of wheat flour of the highest grade and yeast-containing products that cause fermentation processes in the intestines.

Sugar can be replaced with honey, “yellow” sugar, molasses. An alternative to yeast-free bread is pita bread, or bread made from hop sourdough (or some other method). Bread can be dried – so it becomes healthier.

Salt

We are so accustomed to this product that we don’t even think about what benefit or harm it brings. Everyone knows the formula of salt – NaCl, but not everyone knows that sodium in water turns into caustic alkali, and chlorine is a poison, and in any form.

Salt has no nutritional value, it does not contain vitamins and organic substances. Salt harms the kidneys, heart and blood vessels, increases the excitability of the nervous system and dehydrates the body. People with hypertension (high blood pressure) know that avoiding salt can greatly improve their well-being.

Why do we use it everywhere? Because it is a habit. After two to three weeks of complete rejection of salt, the sensitivity of the taste buds of the tongue is restored, and the person begins to feel the real taste of the products.

If such a sharp transition scares you, then try not to salt the food during its preparation, it is better to salt the already prepared dish on the table. With this method, the total amount of salt used will be less.

Doctors have established the daily need for salt: up to one to two grams. We use it disproportionately more. In addition, do not forget that salt is present in almost all ready-made products sold in the store: bread, cheese, canned food, sausages, etc.

Milk and dairy products

They contain casein protein and lactose carbohydrate, which are digested in the intestines with the help of special enzymes – catalysts. But, unfortunately, the vast majority of people are sick with intestinal dysbacteriosis and do not have a mechanism for splitting lactose and casein. And as a result, digested only to uric acid, they become slagging factors in the body.

Dairy products contribute to the formation of mucus and, as a result, stagnation in the intestines, bronchi, blood vessels, and sinuses.

Milk more than other products accumulates radiation. And the last argument: what can pasteurization bring to the product? The destruction of harmful bacteria, but at the same time the breakdown of B vitamins and magnesium.

If you eat meat, then two to three times a week will be enough. During illnesses and ailments, try to completely abandon meat, since its digestion requires a lot of body energy.

During such periods, you need energy to fight intoxication, and not to digest “heavy” food. Meat broths are also difficult to digest foods. Proteins found in plant foods will completely replace meat proteins while you are sick.

The foods listed below will also not contribute to your health: alcohol, coffee, chips, soft drinks, ketchup, mayonnaise, chewing gum, smoked and fried foods.

A few rules of healthy eating:

one. Chew food thoroughly. The better the food is chewed, the better it is digested.

2. During meals, try not to be distracted by extraneous activities, such as watching TV, reading a newspaper, arguing at the table.

3. Sit down at the table only when you feel hungry. The habit of constantly snacking or eating only at certain times of the day without feeling hungry leads to poor digestion. Poorly digested food produces toxic waste, which then crystallizes and is deposited in the joints.

four. Eat in moderation. Don’t overeat.

5. Try not to overcook. Freshly prepared food will bring you much more energy and benefit.

6. Vegetables and fruits should take up at least half of the diet. Make seasonal salads and freshly squeezed juices and consume them regularly. Vegetables and fruits can be harmful only under one condition: if chemical fertilizers were used in their cultivation. But this does not apply to juices, since these substances remain in the fiber on the walls of the juicer.

7. Drink more fluids. It is better to start the morning with a glass of warm water. You can add some honey and lemon juice to it. This drink will “wake up” your intestines and wash away the mucus that has accumulated in the stomach. After 20 – 30 minutes you can have breakfast. During the day, it is better to drink half an hour before meals or two hours after meals.
