How everything is connected in the body

Everything in the body is interconnected, primarily due to the muscles. They connect into muscle chains that start at the tips of the toes and hands and go through the whole body to the skull. An integral part of these chains are the internal organs and bones. It is not surprising that if the work of one of the links is disrupted, this affects the functioning of the entire chain.

Believe it or not, not only our image as a whole, but also the tone of the muscles of the legs, back and neck depends on well-chosen shoes! It would seem, where is the direct connection? But the human body is a single system. All organs and departments are interconnected, and therefore violations in one department can affect the functioning of the body as a whole.

Why are Vietnamese dangerous?

Summer is the most dangerous period, since it is during these months that people are most willing to wear flat shoes. Slippers, flip flops are popular summer shoes. It would seem that it is not hot and comfortable. However, it is worth remembering that we need slippers only in a specific situation – to go to the beach, to the pool, to the water park, to the bathhouse. They can cover extremely short distances. This also applies to Vietnamese women, beloved by many girls. Walking in them all day long is unacceptable! Yes, you yourself probably remember this feeling of aching legs after a long walk. But they didn’t walk in heels, but on a flat sole. How to explain it?

To keep the flip-flops on the foot, we have to bend our toes a little. This means that the feet are constantly in a tense state. Since at the same time they do not get rest, the overstrain goes up: to the legs, hips, lower back, neck and head. Hence, at the end of the day there are pain in the back, headaches.

Moreover, due to prolonged and strong tension in the muscles of the lower leg, metabolic products accumulate, which also causes pain.

Our body is very wisely arranged: what we give it is what we get. If we do not care about the comfort of the feet, about the selection of comfortable and proper shoes, we will get the answer in the form of pain and discomfort throughout the body. Flat shoes are not suitable for long-term walking on asphalt. It does not give the feet the necessary support. Regular wearing of such shoes can result in the development of flat feet, thrombophlebitis, and the formation of an intervertebral hernia. Plus the above headaches, back and lower back pain.

What should be summer shoes?

  • Leave your flip flops and flip flops for the holidays. On an ongoing basis, you can wear sandals and sandals. The main thing is that the straps hold both the toe and the heel. Note the difference in height between toe and heel. It should be at least 2 cm – such a lift is good for the foot. This rule also applies to the choice of ballet shoes.

  • The sole should be moderately soft and flexible. Shoes should not be overly rigid. At the same time, the sole should not be too thin, otherwise you will feel every pebble under your feet.

  • The feet and toes should not strain to keep the shoes on the foot.

  • The width of the sole should match the width of the foot. If you have a wide foot, do not buy narrow shoes – wearing discomfort and additional load are guaranteed.

  • High-heeled shoes should not be worn for more than two to three hours a day. Ideally, the height of the heel should not exceed 6 cm.

If you have such disorders as scoliosis, flat feet, it is all the more important to choose the most comfortable shoes. There is no need to “finish off” an already twisted body: it is necessary to relieve tension, and not create an additional load. By the way, how long have you been taking off your shoes and running barefoot on the grass? Throw off your flip-flops and walk barefoot on the lawn in the park – give your feet a lot of positive sensations!
